Once there click on the link "Broker's Listings & Property Search (MLS)". This will take you to a page with a choice to view the local listings of either Dennis (Dr. Land) Duga or Sara Duga both Broker/Owners. Both listings include their own local land listings so try both.

Note: Which ever page you are on, there is a link to "Property Search" which has a "Lots and Land Search" category so you can narrow your search. The "Property Search" on either site is exactly the same and more broadly covers CT and parts of MA and RI.
